In recognition of CMHA's Mental Health Week and the national theme of Unmasking Mental Health, Lakehead University's Human Resources department invites all faculty and staff to an open house focused on employee wellbeing.
This year's Mental Health Week encourages us to look beyond the surface and recognize the importance of supporting the whole person. HR plays a vital role in fostering a workplace culture where employees feel safe, valued, and supported in their mental health journey.
