The Rural Family Centre – EarlyON Child and Family Center is recruiting for a Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

The Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of in-person
and virtual programs for the Rural Family Centre following the document, “How Does Learning
Happen: Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years.”

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in a related field such as Early Childhood Education is preferred, or
relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of child development
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of community and community resources
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• First Aid/CPR/AED certificate or willingness to acquire
• Criminal Record Check
