Tenure Track Faculty Positions - Thunder Bay Campus

The Faculty of Education invites applications for a tenure-track position in Online Learning, with a preferred starting date of August 1, 2015.

 

Responsibilities will include assisting with the continued development of the fully online MEd program, teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs, supervision of graduate students in the candidate?s area(s) of expertise, and development and furthering a productive research program.

 

The successful candidate will have a completed or near complete PhD and a record of scholarship in online learning, particularly in instructional design and implementation. University teaching experience in online environments is strongly preferred.  Research in digital literacies, teaching and learning 2.0, or Education gamification would be an asset.  

 

The Faculty of Education has 32 full-time faculty members and offers Pre-Service Teacher Education, Native Teacher Education, Native Language Instruction, Continuing Education, MEd, and PhD programs.
