Lakehead University has an opportunity for part-time employment within the Bookstore. The incumbents will provide excellent customer service by correctly processing sales transactions and returns, answering questions and directing customers, and assisting in the daily operation of the sales floor.

The successful candidates will have a high school diploma coupled with one year of related experience.  Additional qualifications include basic computer skills, cash handling skills along with strong customer service skills.  With the ability to work in a team environment, the incumbents have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
