The Department of Languages at Lakehead University (Thunder Bay campus) invites applications for a nine (9) month limited term appointment in the area of Contemporary French Literature (20th-21st centuries). The appointment will commence September 1, 2016 at a rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Applicants should have a completed or nearly completed PhD in Contemporary French Literature as well as solid experience in teaching French. The selected applicant will be expected to teach 6 half courses over the fall and winter terms of the 2016-17 academic year and to contribute to administrative duties within the Department.

Le Departement des langues de l'Universite Lakehead (campus de Thunder Bay) sollicite des candidatures pour un poste d'une duree de 9 mois en litterature francaise contemporaine (20e-21e  siecle. La date d'entree en fonction  est prevue le 1er septembre 2016 au rang correspondant aux qualifications du/de la candidat/e.

Le/la candidat/e devra posseder (ou etre sur le point d'acquerir) un doctorat en litterature francaise contemporaine et une experience solide en enseignement. La charge de cours sera de 6 demi-cours pour la periode academique automne/hiver 2016-2017. Le/la candidat/e choisi/e devra egalement contribuer a diverses taches administratives au sein du departement.

L'examen des demandes debutera le 1 july 2016 et se poursuivra jusqu'a ce que le poste soit combla.
