Course Title: HESC 5750: Directed study in Epidemiology: Data analysis

Course Description: In this course students will gain experience working with a large data set employing epidemiological statistical software and analytical methods with the aim of writing a publishable paper.
Preferred Qualifications: Applicants will hold the minimum of a Master's Degree, preferably in a public health discipline with a strong focus on Epidemiology. Preference will be given to doctoral-prepared candidates. Teaching and student evaluation experience at the post-secondary level and knowledge of distance education delivery is preferred.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to teach using an online learning platform, although assistance will be made available via the Office of Continuing Education & Distributed Learning.
