Part time On-Call, Up to 5 positions
$15.00 per hour

The Invigilator supervises accommodated tests and/or exams for students with disabilities following established practices and ensures students adhere to relevant University regulations/policies.
Responsibilities
Prepare test/exam room (including computer/assistive technology)
Check student identification
Monitor students during the writing of tests/exams
Address any student questions/concerns
Communicate accurately with University students and staff
Document anomalies
Collect and submit tests/exams
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Qualifications / Skills:
Post secondary degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Knowledge of computers and software including adaptive technology is preferred;
Ability to follow directions and work independently;
Excellent organizational skills;
Excellent time keeping and attention to detail skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in handling a range of situations which may include complex, sensitive and confidential issues;
Ability to work as part of a team;
Reliable, flexible approach to work schedule and hours;
Experience working with students at the post-secondary level or secondary school is preferred;
The position is an on call, hourly paid, part-time/casual position including evenings and Saturdays
