Fees for missed appointments are as follows:

• $30 for a single medical appointment

• $60 for a double medical appointment

If you need to cancel or cannot attend an appointment, you must e-mail or call to inform us you are cancelling by 4:00 pm the business day before your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in your appointment being recorded as a Missed Appointment.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
