Appointment Cancellation Procedures
The Centre makes and cancels appointments in person or by phone only.
Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel a medical or counselling appointment you must phone by 4 p.m. the business day before or a missed appointment fee will apply. However, if notice is provided 2 or more business hours before your appointment, consideration may be given by the health professional for a reduction or waive of the no-show fee.
