Register for Term Accommodations

This page refers to the process for setting up accommodations for Returning SAS Students (you have registered for accommodations in the past or are registering for the first time after having met with an SAS Advisor).

If you have never met with an SAS Advisor to set up accommodations at Lakehead University, you are considered a New SAS Student, click here and follow the How to Register process for New Students.

Students who have met with an SAS Advisor and set up accommodations (Returning SAS Students) must register each and every term for their accommodations. Each term students have new courses and new instructors and may require changes to their accommodations, which is why they are required to complete the Accommodation Request Form each term. Please use the links below to register for term accommodations.

The Accommodation Request Form is a Google Form which is sent to returning students in an email. The form requires that students log in to their browser using their Lakehead University email address and password. If you have trouble accessing the form, please try opening it in another browser or logging out of your personal Google account in Google Chrome and logging in using your Lakehead University credentials.
