Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Peer Note Taking

Student Accessibility Services offers volunteer peer note taking positions at both campuses. You will be informed by your instructor if a volunteer peer note taker is required for their course.

If you are interested or have questions about volunteering, please email notetaking.sas@lakeheadu.ca to sign-up.

All notes are submitted electronically through the SAS Clockwork Portal to ensure confidentiality. Once volunteers have contacted notetaking.sas@lakeheadu.ca they can create a profile in Clockwork by clicking here

At the end of the course, a Letter of Reference will be provided upon request. Note taking is an activity that can be entered for validation on your Co-Curricular Record.

Thank you for your interest in assisting your fellow students!
