Terms of Reference

The Office of the Ombudsperson Terms of Reference is currently under review. However, the Office practices in accordance with the standards set out in the Association of Canadian College and University Ombudspersons (ACCUO) Standards of Practice, and the Forum of Canadian Ombudsman (FCO) Statement of Ethical Principles.
