Residence Services invites you to join them for their Monte Carlo Casino Night! Communities are provided with "play money" to compete in games. Some of these games include Black Jack, Poker, Roulette and more. At the end of the event communities will then come together with their winnings and bid in a live auction for prizes!
Our in-person Orientation to Campus Tours are designed to familiarize our incoming students and their supporters (if applicable) with their new campus at Lakehead University! In these tours, incoming students are shown where all the buildings are, how to get to your classes, great study spots and locate our various student supports and much more! Our live, guided tours are hosted by our Orientation to Campus Tour Guides.
Thunder Bay campus: Orientation to Campus Tours will start at the Agora entrance and will begin promptly at the starting time. Each tour is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

Please note that if you are interested in purchasing food or goods at any of the stores featured on the bingo card, you will be responsible for providing your money to make these purchases.

Join us on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 9:00am in UC 1017 for our Parent & Supporter Coffee Q&A, which will offer a live Question & Answer panel where you will have the opportunity to hear from the Academic Support Zone, Residence Services, Security, Lakehead University Student Union, Student Health & Wellness, Student Accessibility Services, and the Office of Human Rights & Equity.
There will be light refreshments available.

This event will lead right into the Pirate Party at the Port of Orillia where you will be able to hand in your completed bingo cards and then enjoy the festivities!

At Lakehead we offer many services to students and you will be able to learn about what academic support services are offered to help you succeed in your program. Take part in our connector bingo card created to help you meet your staff, peers, and student services, and have your chance to win some great prizes. During the Meet & Greet, light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
