Magnetic North will build off lessons learned, and priorities established from the years prior by including panels, roundtable discussions, presentations, and multiple chances to network with fellow attendees during this two-day event. The topics for this year’s conference are anti-racism, reconciliation, attraction, and retention. With a plethora of topics, there’s something for everyone!
