An Indigenous-led initiative that supports Indigenous youth as they explore futures in engineering, science, and technology - all grounded in culture, community, and Indigenous ways of knowing. This initiative is intended to advance Indigenous youth participation in engineering and STEM by co-creating culturally grounded, community-driven learning pathways that blend traditional knowledge with modern innovation.

The Faculty of Engineering is currently developing a new initiative. Creating Engineering Pathways for Military-Connected Learners in partnership with Georgian College. By recognizing the skills and experiences from the Canadian Armed Forces, the project is designed to expand access to programs that support in-demand labour market sectors.
