Payroll Deduction Authorization for Parking

This payroll deduction program is only available to full-time faculty and staff who are on the Lakehead University payroll system.

Do not bring payroll deduction forms to the security desk.  They are not being accepted at this time.

All payroll deduction forms are to be sent to parking@lakeheadu.ca

This will authorize the Payroll Department of Lakehead University to make deductions for parking from each pay.
