Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of our team to be in touch with you once you have submitted your idea. Also, if possible, please ensure that you submit your idea for a media release at least 10 business days prior to your desired release date. This will allow our team to ensure the proper review and approvals.

Our approval process is as follows:

Review and approval from your supervisor (e.g. Manager, Director, Chair, Dean, etc.)
Review and approval from Executive Team member
If required, review and approval from the President and Vice-Chancellor
