The It’s Your Move Crew is bringing back our summer-long challenge to log 100 hours of physical activity—but this year, we’re celebrating Lakehead’s 60th anniversary! Along the way, you’ll hit special milestones inspired by Lakehead’s history—stay tuned for more details!
Once you sign up, you’ll get a link to our Strava Group, where we’ll provide weekly updates, encouragement, and resources to help you hit your goals. Plus, you’ll be able to connect with and cheer on your fellow Thunderwolves!
This challenge is open to current students, incoming students, staff, faculty, and alumni from either campus.
Students who reach milestones will receive Student Health and Wellness and Campus Rec swag!
The first employee on each campus to hit 100 hours will receive a prize from HR!
