What is Fast Pass: Registration 101?

First year undergraduate students are invited to Fast Pass: Registration 101. Fast Pass is an online pre-orientation program designed to help incoming students learn about the academic aspects of their university careers including course registration, program details, and university regulations. 

During Fast Pass, you can expect to:

• Be walked through a registration demonstration 

• Understand how and where to find your program requirements

• Get an introduction to academic regulations 

• Meet with staff and students who can answer your many questions!

Students who have accepted an Offer of Admission are encouraged and welcome to attend Fast Pass: Registration 101.

The 2022 Engineering Summer Transition begins with an Orientation held on Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3. The Engineering Summer Transition Orientation will be offered in person at the Thunder Bay Campus. The Orientation is a mandatory event designed for all new Engineering College Transfer students beginning their studies on Monday, July 4. At the Orientation you will have the opportunity to join Engineering Clubs and Societies, join the Student Membership Program of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), meet your Engineering Department Chair and receive academic planning advice. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Lakehead University, the City of Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario.
