Perfecting a Solid Practicum

This practical workshop helps teacher candidates to improve their classroom teaching performance. The instructor uses a systematic approach to critically reflect on and inquire into the various components of the practicum. The workshop addresses the following aspects of a practicum:

  • Planning, assessment, and evaluation
  • Classroom management
  • Differentiated instruction
  • Establishing a positive classroom environment

The experienced instructor will work both one-on-one and in a group setting to help participants to learn how to self-assess and identify their areas of growth.
