Personal Leadership Perspective (SOQP Module 1) - November 2017

In this module, candidates further develop and apply their personal leadership
resources within the context of system leadership. The focus is on understanding the
interaction of the personal and professional ethical self and the need for ongoing
reflection and learning. The focus includes building candidate capacity to establish and
sustain a broadly shared mission, vision and goals.

Module 1 includes a face-to-face component, to be completed at either the Thunder Bay or Orillia campus. The face-to-face component will take place on November 17, 18, & 19, 2017; being run simultaneously at both campuses.
