Among our membership are activists, volunteers, consumers and students. Whether you are a health care provider, a volunteer or a recipient of care, membership in the Centre for Health Care Ethics will expand your horizons and assist the Centre to fulfil its mission.

To become an Individual Member of CHCE, please complete and submit the Online Membership Enrollment Form (September 1 to August 31).
You may also wish to donate to the Centre for Health Care Ethics and receive a tax receipt for a charitable donation of $20 or more.

Lakehead University Centre for Health Care Ethics (CHCE) fosters high quality, ethical health care in Thunder Bay and the Northwestern Ontario Region. Founded by Dr. J. Kotalik in 1998, we engage in research, education, and capacity building with students, health care workers and their organizations, academics, and members of the general public. As the 1st Canadian Unit of the International Chair in Bioethics, the CHCE has connections around the world to leading experts on contemporary issues in health care ethics.
