Service Closure Notice: Supporting our Graduates for Convocation!
Please be advised that in-person advising services will be limited during our convocation ceremonies:
Thursday May 28th:
- Phone Advising: Available from 10:00am-4:00pm (subject to wait times) at 1-800-465-3959 ext. 1
- Thunder Bay: Open for Limited Services only from 8:30am-4:30pm (document pick-up / drop offs and general support at front desk - no advising available)
- Orillia: Open for Limited Services (front desk) from 9:00am until 2:00pm (in-person advising available from 2:00pm-4:30pm)
Friday May 29th:
- Phone Advising: Available from 10:00am-4:00pm (subject to wait times) at 1-800-465-3959 ext. 1
- Thunder Bay: Open for Limited Services only from 8:30am-4:30pm (document pick-up / drop offs and general support at front desk - no advising available)
- Orillia: In-Person Advising available 9:00am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-4:30pm
