Example:You have a test scheduled on a day for observance within your religious/creedal practice, and you want an accommodation to reschedule your test.

Example: Your after-school caregiving needs for a child with a disability conflict with your work schedule, and you want to have a flexible work schedule.

3. You have experienced an incident of discrimination or sexual and gender-based violence.

Example: You experience an incident of sexual and gender-based violence, and you notice that you are not able to eat, sleep, or concentrate. You want extensions on some of your course assignments.
