During this workshop we will look at two key elements for building healthy workplace
relationships and getting the best out of your people: communication and conflict resolution. We will unpack what a healthy system looks like for each element in a work team environment. Participants will walk away with transferrable skills they can apply in any workplace to see greater cohesion and teamwork.
