In response to Lakehead's Wellness Strategy to support increased access to locally grown and affordable foods, the LUSU Food Resource Centre, Student Health and Wellness, Food and Conference Services, and Aramark have collaborated for two upcoming "Fresh Food Markets" in the Agora on March 14 and 28 from 11 am to 2 pm.
These two pilot markets will allow us to plan for a regularly scheduled, not-for-profit food market starting in the fall 2024, for our students, staff, and faculty to access fresh produce on campus.
We encourage you all to come and check it out. Please bring a bag. Debit or credit only. While quantities last.
