Working closely with many other administrative areas in the University, Ian leads his team on all things related to HRIS administration, employee compensation and benefits administration, policy development and implementation, as well as an array of organizational development programming. He works closely with the AVP HR and the HR Management team to provide policy development and application guidance. Having a strong background in Human Resource Management Systems, he is instrumental in improving technological capabilities within the department.
