2011- ABA/GIZ Award - Award given to the best two PhD dissertations in the past three years; on the topic of Indigenous traditional knowledge in the Amazon rain forest (2011). As a result of ABA/GIZ Award, my PhD dissertation was published as a book in 2012 by the Brazilian Anthropological Association (ABA) press.
