Gone are the days when agreements are made in good faith and a handshake. Whether you want to protect yourself, your company, your research project, or your intellectual property, you’ll need to know all the basics about Contracts.  

Dates/Times:  November 10, 2022, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (for Faculty/Students); November 15, 2022, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (for Entrepreneurs)
Location:  In person - Ingenuity Connections Theatre (CASES - FB 2023). Lunch will be provided.

There will be two sessions offered within this series:

For Faculty/Students: This workshop will focus on Research Agreements including: Industry Sponsored Research, Data Sharing, Confidentiality, Material Transfer, Service Agreements and more. (Nov. 10, 2022 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM).  Register for the session for faculty and students here.
