The Department of History and the Thunder Bay Branch of the Canadian International Council are pleased to host Dr. Steven Jobbitt, Assistant Professor of History, Lakehead University, who will speak on "Post-Communist Hungary: Liberal Democracy in Question."
Bio: Dr. Steven Jobbit is an Assistant Professor of Modern European History at Lakehead University. He holds a PhD in Eastern European History from the University of Toronto and is the technical editor of the journal Hungarian Cultural Studies.
