Surveys conducted for the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities indicate that Lakehead’s 2008 graduates performed better than the provincial average in terms of employment, six months and two years after graduating. At six months, 94.3 per cent of Lakehead graduates were employed versus 91.7 per cent for the system overall. At two years, 94.5 per cent of Lakehead graduates were employed. The provincial average for attaining employment at the two-year mark was 93.8 per cent.
