Orientation is your introduction to the Lakehead University campus and the community of Thunder Bay.  It is an essential element for new international students and it is required that you make every possible arrangement to attend. It is not only an opportunity to find out important information and learn what your new University has to offer, but it is also a chance to meet your peers and have some fun.

Join Lakehead University International (Thunder Bay Campus) for a winter camping adventure at Fort William Historical Park! In addition to being introduced to one of Thunder Bay's finest attractions, you will be able to take part in traditional crafts, snowshoeing, a bonfire, and more. All meals, transportation and indoor accommodation is included. Space is limited. Sign up at the International Centre in the ground floor of the library.

Join us in the International Student Lounge from 1:00-3:00 pm on Friday, November 30. 

It will be a great opportunity to learn about Mexican culture and meet new people as you take part in activities and learn about new food, art and traditions! 

Next Friday is our first Culture Day in the International Student Lounge! We will be featuring Korean and Japanese Culture on Friday, November 23. The event will begin at 1:00 pm. We will have food, music, art and more! Drop by and learn more about Lakehead students from Japan and Korea and their home countries.
