Notification System
Lakehead Orillia monitors weather conditions and the latest forecasts. If we cancel classes or examinations because of weather, we will notify students, staff, and faculty:
- Via this page
- Via social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
- We will send an email notice to all students, faculty and staff via App Armour
- We will notify regional radio and television stations as soon as possible
In some cases we may cancel classes or examinations during the day, or decide by mid-afternoon for evening classes. To stay informed check above sources often.
