Join Student Health and Wellness and Student Central for an information session about how your food choices impact your mood and how to improve your overall well-being by eating well without breaking the bank.

You'll learn about:

  • How your food impacts your mental health
  • Nutrients and foods that promote mental wellbeing
  • Simple, low-cost recipes to incorporate those foods into your diet

The session will be led by Sara Corcoran from Student Health and Wellness and Melanie Oakes from Student Central.
