Join Pride Central and Student Health and Wellness for an intro to the Lakehead Athletic Facilities. Health Promoter and Registered Kinesiologist, Lindsey Wachter, will give a tour of the facilities and answer any and all questions you might have and give demos of exercises and equipment if needed.
We will meet in the lobby of the Wolf Den for 12 o'clock, please make sure to have indoor shoes.
