Join Student Health and Wellness for live, counsellor-led mindful meditation sessions every Thursday in January over zoom. Each session begins with a check-in, then a mindfulness practice is introduced and guided, followed by an opportunity to discuss any questions or insights.
No experience necessary – whether you are new to mindfulness or practice regularly, having the support of a group can help to strengthen your practice.
