Making Mindfulness a Habit

Join Student Health and Wellness yoga instructor, Ameena, for a 4-week yoga and mindfulness series. Every Sunday, from 11 am -12 pm EST, we will have discussions about goal-setting, we will do breathing exercises, journaling and finally, a brief 30-minute yoga practice. Each week you’ll be given mindful homework assignments in order to create new habits.

You’ll need:
✅ Yoga Mat
✅ Journal

Open to students, staff and faculty. No yoga experience is necessary.

Registration is required- participants will be emailed more details close prior to the first class.
