Lakehead Orillia Athletics and Georgian College, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Simcoe County Branch is hosting a three-part webinar series to help support athlete mental health during the pandemic. Join us to learn more about how you can support your mental health.
This webinar will help teach athletes about post-concussion mental health and provide some tips for supporting your mental health following a concussion.
