Next Academic Session Due Date:

May 1, 2024

Undergraduate Students pay in FULL for Courses beginning on, or after May 1st. Graduate Students pay the 2024 Spring/Summer Term Fee.

July 2, 2024

Undergraduate Students, One-Year Social Work, Engineering Transition, and Joint PhD pay in FULL for courses beginning on or after July 2nd. Payment should be received in full PRIOR to July 1, 2024, in order to add registration on that date. NOTE: Forestry Transition students may pay by their course start date in late July/August.

August 15, 2024

2024-2025 Fall/Winter Fees:

Undergraduate students pay their first installments (includes Residence), Part-Time Undergraduates pay in full for Fall and Year courses, and Graduate Students Pay their Fall Term fees. December 15, 2024 

All remaining balances due for 2024-2025 Fall/Winter academic session.

For example: Undergraduate Full Time students pay their second installments (including Residence), Part time Undergraduate students pay in full for Winter 2025 courses, and Graduate Students pay the Winter 2025 Term Fee.  All remaining balances charged to the Student Account, including Winter only Residence, are also included for this due date.

How much are Late Fees and when do they apply?:

Late Payment fees of $105 apply for each missed deadline and will occur within 1 business day following the payment due date. 

Registering after the published payment due dates?:

Students registering after published due dates should pay their fees upon registration, or within two business days of registration, to avoid late payment fees

Undergraduate

Full-Time:

The Schedule of Academic Fees outlines the amount to pay for tuition and compulsory fees according to the two options below. For residence rates, students should see Residence Fees.

Full-time Undergraduate students in the Fall/Winter academic term are required to pay their tuition, residence, and compulsory fees by one of the following payment options:

 A late payment fee of $105 will be charged for each missed due date.

Note: 
If no fees are paid by the last day to register in the Fall, course registration is subject to cancellation and all academic records will be frozen. For students who choose payment Option B or for students who are only registered in the winter term, if payment is not received by the last day to register in the Winter, course registration is subject to cancellation and all academic records will be frozen. Please see Important Dates in the Course Calendar for specific dates per year.

 Part-Time:

Part-time students in the Fall academic term are required to pay their tuition and compulsory fees in full by August 15 (this includes both fall term and year courses). A late payment fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

Part-time students in the Winter term are required to pay their tuition and compulsory fees in full by December 15. A late payment fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

 

Graduate

All graduate students must register and pay per term until graduation. There are 3 terms per year including Fall (September to December), Winter (January to April), Spring/Summer (May to August). Term fees are due as follows:

  • Spring/Summer Term: May 1

  • Summer Term Only (Joint PhD ONLY): July 2

  • Fall Term: August 15

  • Winter Term: December 15

 A late payment fee will be applied for each missed due date.
