Our best answer: How do I submit my high school transcript?

 

If you are a current high school applicant studying in Ontario and you have applied to Lakehead University using the Undergrad 101 Application through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), you do not need to submit your high school transcript as it will be sent electronically to us from the OUAC. However, if you are completing courses outside of regular high school (e.g. correspondence, night school, etc.), you are required to submit an official transcript from these institutions. If you are not currently completing high school within Ontario and you have applied using the Undergrad 105 Application through the OUAC, you are strongly encouraged to use the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre’s transcript request which may allow you to send your official high school transcript electronically. The transcript request function can be assessed during the application process. If you cannot send us a transcript electronically, please have your high school mail us your official transcript in a sealed envelope. Our mailing address is:
