Our best answer: How do I change/reset my password?
Lakehead University has moved to a single-sign on system. Users have a single username and password for most systems on campus including myEmail, myInfo (WebAdvisor), myCourseLink, Library Proxy, and Active Directory (computer labs and workstations).
You can change your password by clicking here and following the steps.
You can also change your password from http://myemail.lakeheadu.ca/ and selecting Change Password and following the instructions.
First time users: The first time you login to myEmail or MyInfo your password will say it is expired, scroll down the page and it will ask you to choose a new password. The password must be strong and have at least a capital letter, a number and should be eight characters long.
You will then be ask to enter three secret questions and answers. All answers must be six characters long.
