CMHC Gold Roof Award for Housing Research Excellence

The Gold Roof Award for Housing Research Excellence is for a significant research contribution that has increased knowledge or understanding in one of the National Housing Strategy’s priority areas.

Specifically, this research:

• increases knowledge or understanding in one of the National Housing Strategy’s priority areas
• leads to demonstrable impacts within the academic community or the housing sector

A cash award of $10,000 is given to the researcher, the research team, or the organization that undertook the initiative. It is to be used to promote and extend the work being honoured.
