Lakehead University, Orillia Campus, invites applications for a Contract Lecturer in the Department of Sustainability Sciences. Applications are requested to teach:

NRMT 2054 WAO and W01 – Indigenous Peoples and Natural Resources (lecture and lab)

Start Date/Duration:   Winter: January 1 – April 30, 2022  

Location:      Orillia

                        Note:  no travel allowance shall be payable

Qualifications Preferred

A Masters degree in Forestry, Biological Sciences or a relevant/related discipline,

curriculum vitae, and evidence of successful teaching experience. Extensive

experience working with First Nations Communities and a firm understanding of

the culture. Experience with experiential learning and online or alternative modes

of delivery is highly desired.
