With 11 million dollars available to students in scholarships, bursaries, and awards Lakehead is ready to help you finance your education. As well as undergraduate entrance scholarships and some graduate assistantships, Lakehead provides opportunities for part-time employment and paid co-op work experience. The Lakehead University Work Study Program provides eligible undergraduate students with the opportunity to work with and be mentored by Lakehead University faculty and staff. Co-operative education integrates classroom study with workplace experience and helps students find paid jobs in their field more easily, attain higher starting salaries upon graduation, and have lower student debts.
