Trish Monague and the Office of Aboriginal Initiatives invite you to connect this Friday morning as we share in a collective sunrise ceremony. We invite you to bring out your personal bundles including asemma (tobacco), a copper cup of water, berries, and a smudge bowl with sage. These sacred items are helpers - if you don't have these items you can use what you do have (ie. a cup made of any material with water) and be present with spirit for your ceremony.
