It may seem like a good work strategy to do one more thing or push through. But, in fact, our focus and productivity will go down when our energy is depleted. This means we have to work harder and longer to get the same results that we would have had if we took the time to recharge. In this one-hour session, we’re going to focus on activities that will help us relax, calm our minds and energize us. Each activity is created specifically for us to do during break times when we need to recharge. Come to enjoy the experience and learn to recharge yourself. More details to follow upon registration.
