Department of Interdisciplinary Studies – Contract Lecturers

Title of Position:

Sessional Lecturers - Applications are requested to teach one or more of the following courses (subject to availability): 

CRIM 1010 FAO                  Introduction to Criminology

CRIM 3770 FAO                  Crime, Media, and Culture

CRIM 4010 FAO                  Environmental Criminology

CRIM 4050 FAO                  Controversies in the Courts

Starting Date and Duration:        Fall 2017 (September – December 2017)                                                    

Location:  Orillia - NOTE:  no travel allowance shall be payable.

Qualifications Preferred:

PhD (preferred) with teaching experience at the post-secondary level. Candidates lacking the specific degree qualification (e.g., ABD doctoral students), but who possess an appropriate combination of experience and other academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
