The Matinée Voice-Over Scholarship
Matinée Multilingual is an established UK voice over agency that specializes in voice-over and subtitle production, as well as the translations of audio, video and multimedia content in over 80 languages.

Kawasaki Disease Canada Student Research Award
The award recognizes excellence in student research related to any aspect of Kawasaki disease. Research may be biomedical, clinical, educational, epidemiological or psycho-social in nature. Established in 1987, the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association (OECTA) Award is awarded annually to a graduating teacher from each of Ontario Faculties of Education. The purpose of the award is to acknowledge the academic excellence of a teacher candidate in one or more of the pre-service Catholic religion courses offered by the faculty.

Lyle Makosky Values and Ethics in Sport Fund
The True Sport Foundation is a national charitable organization that promotes values-based and principle driven sport and advocates for fair and ethical sport in Canada. In an attempt to encourage others in the sport sector and to advocate for sport that is fair, safe and open to everyone, Mr. Lyle Makosky, former ADM, Fitness and Amateur Sport, has established the Lyle Makosky Values and Ethics in Sport Fund.

Toronto Community Foundation - Joubin/Selig Scholarship Fund for Students with Physical (Mobility) Disabilities
The Scholarship was established by donors to provide financial assistance to undergraduate post-secondary students in Ontario, with permanent physical (mobility) disabilities, who wish to pursue an education in their chosen field of study.
The total award amount available varies from year to year. Each scholarship award is set at a maximum of $5,000.

The Jack Elwert Bursary Award
The Canadian Office & Professional Employee's (COPE) Local 96 Union currently represents members in three different sectors throughout Thunder Bay: Hospital Office Staff, University Support Staff, and Banking and Trade Union Offices.
The Jack Elwert Bursary Award is available every year to a son or daughter of a COPE 96 member who is entering post-secondary education.

William G. Belfry Memorial / SAE Scholarship
This scholarship was established to honour William G Belfry's passion for life, his leadership skills and his dedication to the service of others. Applicants will be judged on academic and leadership achievement, essay content, intent to pursue a career in mobility engineering, and involvement in SAE collegiate chapter activities with a recommendation from a previous employer and/or faculty staff member. The C.D. Howe Scholarship Endowment Fund National Engineering Scholarship The C.D. Howe Memorial Foundation is offering two scholarships to students enrolled in an engineering program at a Canadian university. Each scholarship holds a value of $7,500 CAD.
Eligible candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents who have completed the first year of an engineering program at a Canadian university and are entering their second year. Applications must be accompanied by a nomination from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, two letters of reference, and a short essay.

2017 Scholarship Program for Aboriginal Students
Husky Energy's Scholarship Program for Aboriginal Students is focused on attracting Aboriginal talent to the oil and gas industry. The program provides financial support to students with outstanding academic achievement and connects them with relevant work experience through co-op and summer work terms along with professional development through a mentorship program.
Three undergraduate scholarships valued at $5,000 CAD, per year, tenable for up to four consecutive years (or until the first degree is obtained). Eligible applicants must be:
- Canadian citizens of Aboriginal ancestry,
- Entering or already enroled in full time studies in a first bachelor degree program; and
- In good academic standing over the last two terms of available marks.

James Pon Memorial Award Scholarship Opportunity 2015 Foundation to Commemorate Chinese Railroad Workers in Canada

"Nurturing the Young" has been an important element of the Mon Sheong mission. The Mon Sheong Foundation selects two (2) recipients for the Golden Jubilee Awards of Excellence Scholarship each year. Each recipient will receive $1,000 per year for a maximum of four (4) years. This award also involves a valuable 20 hour volunteer project which is to be completed within the first year of the scholarship.
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be one of the following:
- A current Canadian university or college student who will be continuing their full-time studies in a degree or diplomaprogram at a recognized publicly funded Ontario university or college in Fall of 2016,
- A graduating Ontario high school student who will be enrolled in a degree or diploma program at a recognized publicly funded Canadian university or college in Fall of 2016; or
- A graduating Canadian high school student who will be enrolled in a degree or diploma program at a recognized publicly funded Ontario university or college in Fall of 2016.
- Be pursuing a career in healthcare, social work, or education,

Indspire Bursaries and Scholarships

AbbVie IBD Scholarship Program
The AbbVie IBD Scholarship Program recognizes the obstacles faced by students living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and supports them in rising above their personal challenges in pursuit of their dreams.
Supported by an educational grant from AbbVie, Crohn’s and Colitis Canada will extend ten (10) one-time scholarships of up to $5,000 to students living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis who are entering into or currently attending a post-secondary educational institution for the Fall semester of 2016. This scholarship is provided to a student with cerebral palsy who is a current Lifetime Member of OFCP and who is enrolled in an Ontario college or university and who has completed his or her first year of instruction at university or college. Enrolment in programs that will lead to working with individuals with disabilities will be an asset.
The Ontario College of Teachers Scholarship Program supports and sustains excellence in the teaching profession by reinforcing high standards and professional competence. It does so by rewarding the achievements and characteristics of individuals who model the values of teaching as a respected, time-honoured and forward-looking profession.
The College is pleased to provide three scholarships of $2,000 each. Education students expecting to graduate from an Ontario consecutive or concurrent teacher education program during the period of June 30, 2016 - June 30, 2017 are eligible to apply.
The available scholarships are as follows:
1) The Joseph W. Atkinson Scholarship recognizes a candidate who demonstrates outstanding academic achievement as well as experience that reflects a high level of preparedness for teacher education.
2) The Ontario College of Teachers Primary/Junior or Junior/Intermediate Scholarship and 3) The Ontario College of Teachers Intermediate/Senior Scholarship are awarded to candidates on a holistic basis that takes into account extracurricular activities and background experiences.

Charlotte Carter Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a full-time student of aboriginal descent (Status, Non-Status, Inuit or Métis) enrolled in the second-year of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at either a college or a university in Ontario that is recognized by the Ontario College of Nursing.

The Horatio Alger Association of Canada Scholarship Program
The Horatio Alger Association of Canada is a charitable organization dedicated to the simple but powerful belief that hard work, honesty and determination can conquer all obstacles. The Association honours the achievements of outstanding individuals in our society who have achieved great success in spite of adversity and who encourage young people to pursue their dreams through higher education.
All totalled, the Horatio Alger Association of Canada has 85 bursaries available to students, each holding a value of up to $10,000 (Canadian). One application form will enter you into the consideration for all available scholarships.

- Planning to pursue a university education,
