The International Mathematical Kangaroo Contest is an international competition that takes place in 51 countries around the world. In 2015, more than 6,000,000 students from grades 1-12 participated in the contest.  Among them, there were more than 2,000 Canadian students.

The Thunder Bay contest will be open to students in Grade 1 to Grade 12.  Registration is on-line at mathkangaroo.ca between January 5 and March 7, 2016.  The registration fee is $17.

The Thunder Bay contest will take place on SUNDAY, MARCH 20, 2016 at 11:00 am.  Registration begins at 10:30 am in the same room that you are writing the contest.

The room numbers are:

Grade 1-2 session:  RB 2042

Grade 3-4 session: RB 2026

Grade 5-6 session: RB 2047

Grade 7-8 session: RB 2025

Grade 9-10 session: RB 2044

Grade 11-12 session: RB 2044

Materials needed:  Bring your own writing utensils. Everything else will be provided by us!
