History for Lunch on Tuesday 6 February will feature Prof. Rafaela Jobbitt  who will be speaking on “Witchdoctors and Midwives: Medicine and African Resistance to Portuguese Colonialism.”

History for Lunch is a lecture series sponsored by the Department of History and Black History Month is on the menu in February. The Lakehead University community is invited to attend presentations that take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1 pm.  This is an opportunity to put a bit of History in your diet and for members of the Department of History to showcase their research.
